LTC Interfaces/LTC-VS-Proxy

In order to use external time references for computer synchronization, the LTC-VS-Proxy provide LTC Timecode conversion for VSM servers and clients. Synchronization is needed to provide accurate timing for scheduler events and multiserver installations.
